Fama is an AI based solution that helps companies limit the incidence of sexual harassment in the workplace, and similar, crippling issues such as abusive behavior and insider threats. We do this by applying machine learning to publicly available online information and internal HR data.

We have seen first-hand how sexual harassment, abusive behavior, and insider threats can create a toxic workplace and damage the bottom line. We can solve this by applying AI to massive, unstructured data sets. What you'll need to be successful
We are looking for an individual who has a strong interest in furthering their young career as a Scrum Master. Our development teams are growing rapidly and our current Scrum Master is going to need someone to assist them in facilitating Scrum across our teams. You will work alongside our Scrum Master to learn what it takes to be an evangelist of Scrum and a liaison between our development and product teams.
Facilitating scrum ceremonies: daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, developer demos, and sprint retrospectives
Tracking and distributing relevant metrics and reports to show team progress and velocity
Identifying and removing impediments preventing work from getting done
Implementing processes and procedures to improve development velocity
Assisting our Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are in good shape, epics are clearly defined and users stories are actionable
1+ years working within a fast-paced software company, preferably an early stage startup
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Basic understanding of software development processes and procedures
Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in relevant field
Nice to have skills:
Some experience working within a Scrum team
Background in engineering, project management or product management
Exposure to agile software development
Experience with project management software like JIRA, or Trello
